Usage & care

  • Pre-soak wood chips in water for at least 30 minutes to avoid the chips catching on fire. Pat dry and place inside the smoker box. Place the box above the charcoal or burner, as close to the heat source as possible. You can also place the box on top of a hotplate.
  • Preheat your BBQ on a high setting until it begins to smoke. Once the chips are smoking, adjust the grill temperature to your desired cooking heat and place your food on the BBQ. The closer you place it to the smoker box, the more intense flavours you will get.
  • When you refill the smoker box during use, always use tongs to open the lid and refill the chips.
  • Box can be washed in soapy water or in the dishwasher. Rinse before dishwashing.
