At Wiltshire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used bedding and custom-made furniture are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Wiltshire account and select the 'Order History' section to request a return authorization for the specific items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
